I have had issues with this guy this year.

Texas A&M is only ranked because they play in SEC. They only beat a really, really bad Arkansas team by 4 and Ole Miss by 7. The funny part is they are only considered good when they play SEC games. Clemson gets no credit for beating them soundly (even when their offense wasn’t rolling yet)...

Yes!!! If we can all see that, why can’t they. They do NOT work. The things we go quick, or perhaps decisive is the better term, have a chance, but the slow developing read option has no chance.

One of my son’s friends was a NMS kid, is at Alabama on a free ride. I don’t believe he was accepted to Tech.

It was a very questionable hire when made for exactly the reasons you mention.

If you were disappointed in that season, be prepared to be disappointed a LOT going forward. I like Collins, lukewarm at best on one of the assistants, but this is silly

The price for a d-lineman must have stagnated. This was the price in 2002 for Albert Means too. Those lineman haven’t been keeping up with inflation

In fairness, that was a pretty big surprise, and I think would have gotten us a push at worst.
