Not to be too nitpicky, but Juanyeah hits real hard and doesn't really extend his arms to make catches. I see why he's at safety, and hopefully they can train him up for more reps as the season goes.
IIRC you typically run midline into a 2/3, veer into a 1. Midline into a 1 might get your QB killed, especially if you are doing it to avoid blocking a homewrecker.

I just remembered the "get up field" coach speak. It makes more sense to teach that instinct for PR, and it's probably a good default for KOR.

On eye-test, I would like to see us blitz enough to get to a ball is out in "3 seconds or he's sacked". This can add some reassurance that we can pressure a bad QB and become a D that you have to plan around -- like "don't want to be in 3rd and 7 against this D".
It seemed until this week that CPJ was leaning towards Lee at C and moving Kenny to RG. That seems ideal if Jahaziel is up to it.
