Overall, this was a very good weekend for us. Today had a couple of results which we would’ve preferred had gone the other way.
1) UNC 18-6 (huge sweep vs NCST)
2) Clem 17-7 (big sweep vs UVA)
3) Duke 15-8
4) NCST 15-9
5) FSU 13-10
6) UL 10-11
6) Pitt 10-11
8) GT 11-13
9) WF 11-13
10) MIA 11-13...
Hitting with RISP and our bullpen continues to be our downfall. Bullpen not as much as hitting with RISP today.
Note—I am writing this before T9, so hopefully Carpenter takes care of business here.

Colin Hall gets a shoutout from me. Two weeks ago I was ready to send him to the bench permanently, but he’s gotten hot for us and tonight was a huge reason we scored those runs in the 8th. Need some of our relievers to flip the switch like Hall has done!
Actually just had another thought, what about some combination of Waddell/Serratos at SS/3B and move Austin Wilhite to CF? Would give more speed in CF; however, we don’t really know how good defensively at SS either Serratos or Waddell are.
I like having Serratos bat in the lineup, but Wilhite would’ve caught that ball. Would it be better for Serratos to play LF or RF and move one of the others to CF?
Great to see Colin Hall get a couple of hits along with Baron. Even better that both of them had one hit each to LF.
Hope the Jackets put together a couple of good games this weekend!
