Long signed a 3 year deal. Highly doubt he’ll be just ushered out. Not sure why there’s any beef with Long, to me he’s ideal. Proven success in a high P5 environment. The offense fits the personnel. Is a hard nose coach that’s still young.

Idk. Long uses a lot of RPO’s now that can be adjusted and he has done so but Sims fits well in the RPO. I don’t have an issue with Bailey transferring in although I feel it’s a Long shot..

That’s not true.

Young is the same age as Sims. Same class and is a sophomore listed as a freshman. Technically Sims will be a sophomore next season as well. Collins class will be listed as freshmen and sophomores due to redshirts and covid.

Too underwhelming? He’s only coached a season since leaving.

Yates hasn’t looked good against ANY P5 opponent. That includes his garbage snaps. He’s in the portal now hood for him. I hope he gets on at an Ivy and max out his degrees.

Kittley went to a program that his dad coaches at. That’s he’s the alma mater of.. Idk why GT was supposedly outbid. He may not even be the first choice.

Both those teams were in better positions than Tulane. Korn has never coached another team and has never called a play. Kittley brought his own qb with him and WKY was not as nearly in bad a shape.

I’m thinking Chip Long or Chip Lindsey. A lot more realistic. I also think it needs to be ironed out soon. It’s gonna be a scramble for new coaches. Let me add Garrick McGee.

That’s something I’m curious about as well. Taver got the title Assistant HC but then left and went back to OSU. They paid more but still to leave a DC gig is weird. That’s all I know. Chip Long is someone that would be a good fit too.
