    Anyone remember the leg twist?

I've known Devon Edwards since was in the 6th grade. He grew up with my oldest son in Covington. They were on the same middle school and high school football teams and graduated together. He is one of the most upright young men that you could ever meet. From middle school, through high...

    Kudos to Shamire

I think a lot of people on this board think that having size like Shamire, it's a given that they would be successful at football or other sports. The streets (and McDonalds, factories, grocery stores etc...) are littered with people his size that have never succeeded at football, some never...

Notre Dame will not be a cake walk . . .

@GTNavyNuke - I hate Notre Dame more than anyone i know...almost as much as I hate the dwags and their idiotic fanbase. But we need Notre Dame to win all of their games after we stomp their @sses. SOS is what will get us in the CFP final four.

    Depth Chart is Here

I don't know @ATL1 , I kind of like having Gamble at DE all game and then have Whitehead come in on passing downs after the OT has been physically beaten by Gamble.

    Depth Chart is Here

LB's don't look too promising. I hope they're not the achilles heel of the defense since the DL and DB's should be really good. Would have liked to see Davis, Macordes and Hankins as starters or as @ChasonBaller said Lewis, Davis and Hankins. Other than that, I think the entire team looks great.

AJC: Dennis Andrews no longer onthe Team

Is this guy really arguing that racism will not effect team morale? Riley Cooper's "saying something in a moment of anger" definitely effected team morale. Do you think a team in a sport that is dominated in numbers by minorities would be okay with having an outright racist on their team?

    Orange Bowl Redux

I loved that sideline shot. The RB was not only groggy but had spilled his stomach and was feeling horrible. If you notice, once he sees that the camera is trained on him, he jumps up and looks directly into the camera and shakes his head like, "oh, I didn't just vomit from that brutal hit"...

    Practice Day #10

Well let me be the first to say, if JHD is eligible, the D-line WILL be a strength of the team...undoubtedly. I'm saving this post so that I can brag about it in Dec. '15.

    Practice Day #10

I think we're all in agreement...the DL should be a strength of the team. Combined with the experience and promise of the secondary and an adequate LB corps, the defense could be scary-good.

    Practice Day #10

Would you say that Key Freeman was "too light in the britches" last year? Whitehead weighs as much as he did (and probably a little more) and he's more experience and was ranked higher coming out of high school. I think that Whitehead will do just fine if he wins the spot but i do like Gamble too.

    Practice Day #10

Sounds like Jeune will get the nod over Messick. I've been hearing a lot about Messick and thought that he would be the guy with Summers. I think we're going to be fine at WR for a few seasons with the depth we have there. BTW, Key at 245 coming off the edge is going to be something to watch...

    Devine sets weight goal

Blumkin/Midtown - I laughed out loud when reading this line - ” Asked what “eating fancy” meant, Devine replied, “I’m not inclined to say, because (offensive line) Coach (Mike) Sewak will read this.”

Gary Brown is going to have to do better if he wants the take that guard spot from Shamire. I think all of the praise of Gary is the coaches pushing Shamire to perform better.

Dante Culpepper was at UCF from 1995 to 1998. They were still trash during the Goose years.
