I agree. Losing Texas means nothing from a competitive standpoint. Big name? Certainly. But they have been mediocre for a while.

It certainly is. They would have had numerous top 20 teams this year. Ok State and Baylor won major bowls. UCF and Houston beat SEC teams. I think the Big 12 got more interesting.

I’m sorry we will have be in strong disagreement here. Nobody was going to come in here and win at the pace Johnson was with a different system. And remember, we went the last almost 4 full seasons of Johnson’s tenure unbranked. That is territory our program hadn’t seen since the early 80’s.
