My wife and I decided to make the trip down to Miami and spend a long weekend away from the kids. I was astonished at how few fans we had representing GT. I would guess less than 300 (mostly band and parents players).
What is the cause? Money? (Doubt that) Miami fans reputation? Tech's record...
We better worry about Wake... That game is sandwiched right between a big division game and the defending national champions.... That game Yas trap game written all over it if we win this week
What do you prefer; a) A Miami win and a top 10 matchup next week for us? Or b) FSU win and an opportunity for Tech to have a 2 1/2 game lead on the canes?
My vote is FSU win
Beat VT at home and pull an upset in either Miami or Clemson ( I prefer Miami). If we beat those two teams I believe we can drop one @ Clemson and another game and still get to the championship game.
Having said that I would just prefer to win the next 8.
Just saw on vivid sports lower level tickets in section 121 (our band should be 122) for less than $40. I was gonna get them through the association but those seats would probably be worse and we're $65 a ticket I believe. Just fyi. If you're planning on going to the game.
As usual it's gonna be between 11-1 and 7-5. My vote is we go 2-2 in toss up games and finish 9-3.
