Which coach on GT staff (outside of CGC) should feel most pressure to improve?

It’s called ball skills. Some guys just don’t have them. Maybe it should be our top priority in recruiting the position instead of size.?

Lets look at this another way ( without naming Players )

I like your chart. Was that hard to do?

None of that matters much without an OL.

I liked how it didn’t faze him in the least.

UNC Preview Thread -- Who is UNC?

If we get down there on the goal line again, maybe we should do this: (why we didn’t do this at Clempson I have no idea.)

Also, keep in mind many of his incompletions were throwaways. He was running for his life and barely avoided sacks on several occasions.

    UNC vs Tech point spread

I agree we need to run the ball and slow the game down. But I’m not sure our OL is capable of sustaining drives. OL has been the biggest disappointment of this season so far. I wish they hadn’t hyped them up so much this off-season.

Point being I’d rather take my chances with Gibbs and a 15 yard running head start vs their kick coverage.

Correction, two plays against the “greatest defense in all of college football.”

So much of playing quarterback is getting into a rhythm. I just don’t see how you do that going in and out. You also lose chemistry with the center and backs and then you have dissimilar cadences.

Ours are not stronger than most ACC teams.

Wally Pip agrees with you. Lou Gehrig and the rest of sports history disagrees.

It’s not just those things though. His accuracy on easy passes just ain’t there.

I agree but you don’t have to say it five times.

I think Clemson had the edge bottled up on that play. Yates made the correct read we just missed the block. The RG had one job to do and he didn’t do it.

Great game by GT coaches and players. Good 1. Defensive game plan and execution 2. Jordan Yates. Leadership, decision making, unflappable, GAMER! 3. O game plan/huddling. 4. Charlie Thomas continues to be our best player on the field Bad 1. OL got man handled, but expected. 2. Tackling...

    CGC/Dabo Post Game Pressers

The thing I got out of Collins presser is that we played against the greatest defense of all time.

Mostly “Fire Geoff Collins”, some reminiscing, maybe bourbon or other distractions

I think lack of resources was a source of frustration for CPJ his entire time at Tech. Didn’t he want to hire Ellis Johnson for DC but wasn’t given the funds so he ended up hiring Al Groh on the cheap?
