it wasn't just griping and bellyaching. There are 65 pages (NO IDEA WHY MODS ALLOWED THIS) actively campaigning for the coach to be fired, criticizing the players directly, and even rooting for us to lose to KSU to hasten the departure of the coach. It was pretty low.

did you watch the post game conferences, where the players were asked specifically about this, and their responses?

Don't disagree, but there's probably 50 posts in this thread about Collins not screaming at players or refs, or criticizing players in post game interviews. There is also another 50 posts about how Bohannon is the savior of Tech football. Some wanted him here last Monday.

well, I didn't see Bohannon lighting any players up on the sidelines yesterday, screaming at referees, or generally carrying on. I guess he must be worthless to some of you guys now.

last week around here was pretty inexcusable. No one was happy, but the ridiculousness was just flat out stupid.

saw JD interviewed on some ESPN College Football show on Twitter live last night around 11:00 pm. He's getting a lot of press for that play. In the post game interviews, he was with Thomas, and the two of them were laughing about JD having stiff armed Thomas into their guy.

Watch the post game interviews, and listen to the players talk about all the negativity last week, and what it means to them to have fan support.

I guess the guys that posted 50 pages last week will sit this one out.

I would think, as a defense guy, he would be doing some butt chewing with Thacker. The amount of confusion on our defense is indefensible. If a team goes hurry up, we're screwed. We have some athletes, not sure why we can't seem to get them set. Before last week, I would've said Pnut too...

It's only different due to social media, as evidenced here in a 50 page thread that is dominated by about 8 posters, several of whom hated him before he walked in the door.

I agree with this. He sometimes, maybe all the time, seems rigid in his balance ideas. If they're going to give you 5 yds/play on short throws, why not take those.

This is confounding, and is a multi year issue. We continue to get burned by looking lost pre-snap.
