    And you wonder if there are any dependent just on tomorrow’s performance…. ADTS has hitched himself to CGC‘s wagon. It’s now up to him to watch CGC turn it around or decide if he wants to ride him to the bottom. I would say there is a nonzero chance of a total change depending on tomorrow.

    Right on. I don’t like our record (or really our HC) but we for sure seem to have guys we can be damn proud of. CGC gets some credit for that IMO

    Exactly. It’s almost impossible to imagine any way this gets turned around - staff changes, new recruits, transfer portal, “another year of getting older” - I don’t see how this improves as the problem is at the top.

    Part of the calculus also has to be that if he stays to start next season it is highly likely that he doesn’t finish it. That also has an impact. We’ve crossed the rubicon. Everyone is figuring it out - it’s up to ADTS (and the money donors) to do this math and make the call accordingly.
