I was banned for a month for my “inappropriate comments”
  2. Collins on Packer & Durham

It’s how many wins he’s predicting for the upcoming year

COVID only applies in sports that we were terrible at. I don’t see anyone wanting to give back the acc title in basketball

Your statement was “no reasonable entity counts 2020 as a normal year.” So maybe you should clarify “reasonable entity”. You did not say “the ncaa does not count 2020.” Which in fact they did “count” 2020 because last I checked all of the teams who won conference and ncaa championships did not...

Honestly me and my friend went to fan day when he was hired. My friend said to Collins. “We believe in you bro and believe in what you’re trying to do.” Collins face turned to a ghost and I’ve been skeptical of him ever since.

Was the stock market shut down all of 2020? Ha

I would have liked to see Tech do what Iowa has done. They have a system and everyone knows what they are going to be good at and not so good at. They have down years but realize their down falls as a program. BUT every 3-4 years they have a team that is in the national discussion

The player I thought was the best of that class was DJ Donley. Guy could have been special

But did they play ELITE Rocky Lombardi and the MAC champions?

So what standard are we shooting for? To recruit well and go 6-6? I’m not sure I even understand you at all. And my question was not a “When was the last time tech made the playoffs question was it?” I asked how many TEAMS have recruited outside the top 15 and made the playoffs? You want your...

Okay let’s try this one then. How many teams have recruited outside the top 15 have made the playoffs? Maybe this will help you understand
  13. Have we filled all of our coaching vacancies yet?

In some instances they were but I would argue Tech had the best backfield in the ACC.

He never said recruiting doesn’t matter. He said “recruiting outside of the top 15 is a crap shoot.” And I would tend to agree, with the thousands of high school athletes. Even with today’s technology it’s virtually impossible to rate every kid. I would say the same about the nfl draft. 4th...

You’re right bro Transfers Ryan Johnson 4x Myles Sims 4x Clayton 5x Allen 4x Watson 4x Ezzard 4x Harris 4x All transfers we’ve received in that time frame that would boost our average ranking higher. Guess what? 3-9

How about this. You go back 4 years form your stats and report back with “real statistics”
  17. Mostly “Fire Geoff Collins”, some reminiscing, maybe bourbon or other distractions

So a record and a recruiting ranking aren’t real statistics? Wtf hahaha
  18. Mostly “Fire Geoff Collins”, some reminiscing, maybe bourbon or other distractions

He has already posted the statistics to prove his point. Your post is simply an opinion not a fact

Ralph Fridgen was the highest paid assistant in college football. Ralph ran a unique offense. I don’t think I’ve ever read a valid point from you.

My personal belief is if you have a system based offense or unique style defense and can remain in the 25-40 range keep the kids on the roster for 4-5 years you will have a dynamite year every 4-5 years.
