What bothered me the most was the defender slid his head to his right to make sure he didn't go helmet to helmet. He helmet impacted the left shoulder of the offensive player and he wrapped him up. The inconsistency in the targeting call is crazy and this crew is notorious in ACC circles.
Okay how many strawmen can be put forward at one time. Sure EB or CN as High schoolers are going to escape an NFL pass rush. Right, brilliant, fact base argument there. Neither would have a clue where the rush would be coming from as high schoolers. Now go back and look at what I high lighted...
Not trying to be an ***, but that is an unbelievably arrogant statement. There are 128 D-1 head coaches, whether folks understand it or not these coaches are the elite of their profession and for any fan to state they could do ANYTHING specific to that profession better than these coaches is...
And I'll say to that, if that "perception" is the reason ANY parent or player rules out Tech there are a LOT of coaches out there that suffer from the same perception. And I'm not talking about the Sabans, Meyer and the like. We met a ton of coaches over the years who came across wonderfully in...
Then I guess we have differing opinion. I know how my son and I were treated when we were at Tech camps and his visit. Oh and he's not at Tech playing, he decided to not play and focus solely on his studies much to dad's initial chagrin ;)
Do you think there is an iota of difference between the parents between parents that have youngins' playing at Tech and those who don't when it comes to how they feel about PJ? He's the same both groups, I would think he'd be received well by both groups. I've never seen anything to suggest...
You might want to talk to some of the Tech parents on here before you say something like that. As a rule they ALL talk about what a funny and delightful person PJ is.
Just a couple of observations that I saw might answer your question. To me, the option (other the flip toss to offset back) develops very slowly compared with a true TO, second the depth of the QB and back means the O linemen have to hold their blocks longer and can't get to the second level...
I'm glad somebody mentioned this, your personal auto policy only covers you ONLY in the US and Canada. If you rent while overseas it is a very good idea to add the coverage offered by the rental company
I've seen extremely fit individuals rupture tendons and ligament but in all honesty I never seen a Fx that could have been prevented by a S&C program. The stress necessary to Fx a bone far exceed what muscle strength can withstand. A good S&C program help minimize injury but like I said earlier...
Based on the injury sustained I don't see a failing in the S&C program. Fxs and ligaments blowing are not going to be impacted by S&C. Cottrell, for example, was from an awkward plant after a missed block on the edge.
