I know at Vandy no student is borrowing unless for some reason they as individuals decide to do so. Per our own experience if you're admitted you should have no need to go into debt as an undergraduate. Admission is the tough part. My daughter was a non traditional student and acceptance rate...

Do we know for certain the property ownership? If it is owned by the State no doubt it would be a huge hurdle. But then perhaps a long term lease would the answer.
