    Concerns

I forget that not only are we breaking in two new quarterbacks this year, but we have a first year quarterbacks coach as well. It just makes me wonder if Bryan Cook being in his first year as a coach in a unique offensive system is slowing down our QB development at all. Just a thought. Who...

    O'leary

George O'Leary will never coach at Georgia Tech again. The school would never hire him back even if he wanted to come, and he would never come back even if Tech made an offer. I think lots of people would agree with you that he is a better coach at this point, but former head coaches just don't...

    GT - Clemson postgame thread

I agree. That's been an issue since we played Iowa in the Orange Bowl. It's not a problem with the offensive scheme. It's a problem that many schools have. I think I am less disappointed that we lost and more disappointed in how we did it. Offense has been frustrating to watch. I was hoping...

Besides a win, what do you want to see tonight?

Nothing new here, but I want to see the offense get it together with few turnovers/penalties and start humming. Defensively, I'd like to see those guys continue to perform, even with the upgrade in competition. I am hoping that Attaochu gives their tackles fits.

    Orwin Smith signs with Packers

Love it. I hope he gets a chance to stand out.

The Future Potential of CPJ's Offense

I agree with this. I think that CPJ wants to become more balanced. We will always be run heavy, which I actually like. I cannot think of a team that won a national championship even in the last decade that could not run the ball well. Most that come to mind were run heavy, but more balanced...

    CPJ Press Conference

I agree with that assessment. So, how do you coach discipline in a football team? I mean, we had a penalty-free, single turnover game against Syracuse that was bookended by ugly games full of both of those things. I know we have some younger guys on the O-line with false starts and young QBs...

    GT @ Clemson Projections

I'm thinking 35 to 24 Climpson. I am not convinced that our offense has gotten over the turnover bug, and I think Boyd and his receiving corps are dangerous. We will keep it tight for three quarters, but Climpson will go off in the 4th quarter and pull away. I really hate those guys......

    The dreaded uniform thread

I like them this year as well. Simple and classy. If Bobinski is still around in 2017, maybe he will make the switch, but I am cool with them unless we revert to bubble wrap again.

What if Tevin had another year?

Vad is a redshirt sophomore. Let's see what he does the rest of the season.

    One week till Clemson...

We always have a shot because it is Clemson (and Dabo). I think it is a toss up honestly. If we do not turn the ball over, I think we can win. Who knows which offense will show up though, right? The one versus Syracuse or the one versus Virginia? The Clemson fan base and media seem to be...

SI.com has GT in Shreveport for bowl

I agree OldJacketFan. Nashvegas is an awesome town. If we land in the Music City, I am there! I'd love to go back to the Ryman if someone good is playing.

    Bowl Eligible

Whew! Thank god we took care of that one. Now we can focus on trying to pull something off against Clemson next. Nice to be bowl eligible already. Anything to take some pressure off, because there will be plenty of other sources of stress in Death Valley.

    Pitt @ GT predictions

I am thinking 31 to 17 if we play a clean game. Has anyone heard how practice has gone this week? The main thing I worry about is our team's focus. It has been a toss up this year as to which team will show up game to game.

Yes. Get that win against Pitt.

    Jemea Thomas

He is ridiculous. Did you all see the hit he laid on UVA's tight end?

So 8-4 is good enough ???

I would be happy with 8-4 for all of the reasons stated above. I came in to the season hoping to see improvement over last year. 8-4 would do it.

    GT @ UVA game thread

Talk about a frusterating half.....a better team would have taken advantage of four turnovers. Hard to believe we are still up on these guys.

    GT @ UVA game thread

I'm sorry, but Louis Young is awful in coverage. Not thrilled with run support either.
