It's so hard to judge a QB. We just have to wait and see if the linemen will block, if the defense respects our run game, if the WRs can catch etc... JT will do just fine! Just look what Tevin accomplished with half the talent. What we need is STABILITY at this position.

Agree on byerly. I want to see him play vs. 1 st team though... I think I'd rather see a warrior at QB than a fast one

It's so hard to judge a QB anyways. The OL has to protect the QB and the RBs need to block, the receivers need to run their routs well and catch etc... Considering the lack of talent at OL and WR in the past many years, I think we're leaning a bit hard on our QBs (as a fanbase).

I think we go to the ACCCG this year and lose to FSU. VPI is declining lately, ThUgs are without their QB and Clemson has to make up for no more Sammy Watkins and Taj Boyd. I also predict Duke to be a wild card this year--not as a title contender, but as a potential upset every week.

On that note, just read in the AJC (i actually read the printed newspaper!) that PJ was NOT HAPPY with the offense at all. The line is still marginal and perimeter blocking was atrocious. On the upside, he had high praise for Roof's defense. Apparently those guys are flying all over the field...
