So Winfred Jordon was fine making a deal for RCJr to come to us when his son could benefit, but I guess the deal was only for two years and its time for WJ to get paid. We suck at the AAU game, and I'm sure that will be more evident after uga's recent coaching addition.
Any coach that tells him he can be a stretch four and run around on the perimeter all game is lying to the kid. He isn't athletic enough and he doesn't shoot well enough to make a positive impact playing that way. His strength is being able to be a bull around the basket with decent inside...
Even someone with equal coaching ability would put us in a better position with 2015 recruits which puts our future into a better position. I have a very hard time seeing any 2015 players getting excited about coming here to play.

Joe Ham

Kerry Watkins
Joe Anoai
Chris Reis
Chris Young
Dez White
Michael Johnson
Tashard Choice
Which is why we need one of Laskey or Custis to become a stud sooner rather than later. Smelter should hopefully develop even more, and if a couple more players step up, we could be on to something.
In an ideal world, the two could split time and it would create difficulties for the defense trying to defend both styles. In real world, getting into a comfortable rhythm is one of the most important aspects of playing a good game. Its hard to go in cold and perform at your top level.
