  1. Why Auburn wins.

Auburn wins because Jeff Schultz picked FSU to win.
  2. What am I missing?

I am not down on CBG. He will need time. It is simply that the competition is now tougher than ever.
  3. Number 11 on Net ROI and Number 1 in % ROI

And if you filter by region Georgia Tech is number 1 in the southeast, followed by Duke at 2, and VT at #5. Their southeast is basically the ACC south of Maryland. And it is listed at #17 for out -of-state students.
  4. What am I missing?

CBG recruited two pretty good players, consensus 70+ in the nation pick and a 150+ in the nation pick. Both good players. BUT! Coach K signed the consensus # 1 and #5 players in the nation.
  5. question regarding GT (vs Opponents) O formation

Look at the fact that all teams must have 5 OL. The other 6 can be called skilled players. Compare skilled players to skill players.

"Hope Bolden starts to come around." Amen.
  7. Article Decision day for Tech targets

We need to take Autry if we can get him. To good a player to let get away.
  8. Interview Trey Klock

"...on defense I had 86 tackles, 22 TFL, 9.5 sacks, 5 Fumble Rec." Give him to Roof and the defense.
  9. Perkins to A-back

"I also understand that Drummond may have been overrated, but I still would like to see him at the B-Back position, especially at the beginning of his College Career. I probably would have used him there for the first year, to see how he progressed, since he did well there in High School."...
  10. Losing Players & Recruits

"He uses a horde of different A-Backs to send in the plays to the quarterback." He can do that with just 3 A-Backs, 2 on the field and 1 waiting to go in with the next play. It is not that simple.
  11. Perkins to A-back

B Back is required to read the defense the same as the QB. The ability to read the defense is critical to being a B Back. A Back reads nothing.
  12. GT vs KSU

A win is a win..... But, I trust they did better on their exams than in this game. Just saying.
  13. Bolden?

This game is a Twilight Zone mystery so far!
  14. Bolden?

I agree JTJason. Bolden needs to get his reps and work on his shot in games. Practice is practice. But if you can't hit the shot in practice you probably are not going to hit it in a real game. Apparently he is not hitting the shot in practice either. Coach has a problem.

  16. Looking Ahead - Defensive Line

What we have on the DL is what we have. Coaches will need to "coach up" several of these guys. They have bowl practice, spring training and the fall pre-season camp plus the workouts with S & C with Sisk. Pelton has a history with coaching up DL. Confirming that Akins is up to 295 and...
  17. Mack Brown

    Mark Richt.
  18. Three recruits for 2014 on TV today

Good football game. Congrats to Lovett. Another piece of evidence that in football the team that best blocks and tackles usually wins. The Lovett OL and DL dominated the game. The three GT commits looked good. Good athletes that will help the Jacket defense.
  19. Isaiah Johnson update

Really good news. I was sure he would be considering going into the NFL draft. I trust I was dead wrong.
  20. Being a follower of Jesus and a sports fan

Interesting article Buzz. Thanks for sharing. Like the author I would caution the sports fan to keep sports in its place. Sports are way down on the list of things that are truly important. One cannot be "pure in heart" and "hate" the opponent.
