I moved on the minute CPJ retired. But football still requires fundamentals such as blocking and tackling. Regardless of schemes. I want to see a good offense and good defense. Not get blown out several times a year.

We fired Gailey (which I had no problem with) for: Not beating Ugag, Maxing out with7-8 wins, Having a good defense, but no offense, Inconsistent QB play, Good recruiting per se, And splitting the fan base. I miss those days.

Honestly, as crappy as the ACC is, no excuse not to win 7-8 games every dang year.

You mold your offense and defense to the talent on hand. Not the other way around.

I don’t think it’s ageism. I call a spade a spade. Same when CPJ was the coach and everyone before him.
