That is surprising. Is there some reason (we recruit more nationally, so have to fly kids in from far away, or something else?) that drives up our costs versus others? Or is this yet another excuse that has been over-exaggerated (like Facilities)?

Y’all might want to take a look at the historical record. GT has more than held its own against Clemson, and we’re not just talking ancient history.

If you don’t think an 11 win season, that includes an Orange Bowl win, a win over Uga, and a win over Clemson, is a great season, then you have serious issues and need to reset your expectations for GT football.

I know this won’t be popular, but I’d like to stay with this offense. I’d like nothing more than to win big games again running a “high school offense”. It was so much fun in 08, 09, 14, and 16. I’d go for hiring Monken, and upping our game in recruiting.
