That’s a true freshman that made one mistake.
I’m much more upset about an experienced Olineman repeatedly making incorrect line calls and upperclassmen fumbling.
How does this happen? Getting physically whipped by better guys is one thing, but making repeated incorrect calls for something you’ve practiced for all week is inexcusable.
It’s also about lack of continuity on that side. We’ve changed DCs, along with some of the staff, every few years.
Recruiting is building relationships. Need continuity there.
I do think this hurt.
I embrace what GT is. We ARE unique. That is good.
Our offense fits with that.
That said, it needs new blood and new life breathed into it. I think Monken can do that.
I’d bring him in, with the understanding that he will have an OC. That way, he can focus on big...
Not moving the goalposts. Just responding to where y’all are placing them and making comparisons to schools that aren’t a fair comparison.
GT is very unique in it’s situation. Even so, we’ve beaten teams of the caliber you guys bring up multiple times with this offense. What does that tell...
You and @RyanS12 both get it. GT has serious issues and changing the coach will be like re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.....it won’t change the ultimate outcome because you’re not addressing the real problems.....
What’s more likely to happen? GT will address the fundamental...
Actually, while this used to be the case, it’s not any more. A stroll around campus on game day will show you otherwise.
We’d do well to not parrot the same crap as our enemies.
Again, that’s another unfair comparison. I would love for GT to have N.C. State’s situation to recruit to, meaning their curriculum and entrance requirements. I think we would compete for the ACC pretty much every year with that.
He said he w
To make statements like “LSU plays big boy football” and “LSU can match Uga physically” is just silly.
First of all, we never have, and never will, recruit on the level of State U’s like LSU and Uga. The overall talent level discrepancy between us and them has always been...
This was triggered because you went to an LSU-UGA game in Baton Rouge?
Cmon, man.
While you have some decent points, this is rooted in emotion and not logic.
I don’t think you’ll find any halfway sane person that would disagree with that.
You don’t go to the V for primo quality. If you do, you’re missing the point.
