I was pleasantly surprised at how little fouls there were Sunday. There was some pretty physical play that was allowed by the refs which I'm hoping is a trend of the MLS. That'd be big for the sport to be more popular in the US I think and would differentiate us from Euro leagues
The squat is typically the easy part. Camp is making harder on himself, not easier. Dropping low like Q helps you get more weight. I see no issues with either form. The Camp technique is more common than the Q technique for non olympic/power lifters.
The first Friday night game was a huge success (>18k fans) with sweet fireworks at the end. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for the other games.
I looked up our previous CPJ years in case anyone else was interested. Would be nice if we could crack a top 60 D...

Other suggestions:
Kilkenny is a city that a lot of people miss, but it's one of my favorites. The layout of the streets and buildings based from medieval times is really cool. Stay at Kilford Arms

GPS isn't necessary if you have a navigator with a map. I found that the roads in Ireland were really well labeled and it was pretty easy to find everything. I HIGHLY agree with the insurance recommendation. Narrow Streets is an understatement and you find yourself driving in the brush...
I highly recommend driving R559 through Connor Pass when leaving/arriving to Dingle. Some of the best views you will ever see. Plus there is an awesome waterfall when it rains (hike up above it to see a cool mountain pond that feeds it).
Google View of one spot along the drive
