Well, at least PJ going on every so often on the Chattanooga station gives Tech a pretty good showing in an area that's almost solidly all-SEC. If you're wondering how that got started, it was pitched to the SID department. They at least did jump at the chance.

I'm not terribly concerned with the secondary. I think we'll be OK. A little inexperienced at the corners but I like what we have there. D line, though, has to be better. If we don't get some kind of pass rush, it may not matter how good the secondary is. OL is a worry, tho.

Banned from following football? What led to that and how did that manifest itself? PJ still has a pretty good relationship with a lot of the media in south Georgia from his Georgia Southern days. Then again, he also had more time on his hands then too so he could spend time chatting/BSing with them.

Buchan also was not retained, I believe. I met Dean a time or two. Didn't get off to a great start but later on he was very accommodating and open with me.

Jay and David are pretty good guys and both good writers. They're more SEC centric but they both have a lot of respect for PJ and his offense and his candor. They're both smart ... for Auburn grads. Their show as a whole is a good listen.
