Slight thread derail, but... considering we didn't have two of our larger inside guys, one on offense and one on defense, the beat down of Clemson is even more impressive. I understand Devine is a Backup, but a backup that is a large part of our inside run game. I am feeling better and better...

51 - 17 GT Wins. No clue really. NC is hard to read. Good offense, bad defense against Good offense, bad defense. But..I think our offense is better than NC offense.

Since we have A-backs and B-backs, maybe we need a name for our blocking wide receivers? Let see what we can come up with. I will start with a Wide Blocker or w-block. Not very imaginative, but spur of the moment. What ya got??

I liked O'Leary, but he left. I liked Fridge also and like others said, he had a big part in the success at GT. CPJ is our coach now. I guess I really don't understand trying to compare the coaches. Too many variables.

O'Leary was good, but he did want to be here. Notre Dame was his dream job. He complained about academics and he never understood that academics is more important than sports at GT. CPJ understands the academic side coming from Navy. CPJ is putting together a good program with more difficult...

If Nealy(?) had not caught Rodwell as he was hitting the ground, his head would have slammed down first. My fear would be a concussion or worse.

I may be too sensitive, but the interview sounded like one back handed ccompliment after another. WTTE, Its a good offense and easy to call a game if you know what your doing. Or, Yeah I used to run the option when I was a coach at Alabama a long time ago.

If the option is such an easy offense for the coach to run and it is so hard to defend...why don't more teams run it? rhetorical question.

Take oldest son to ref soccer games in the morning, drive about an hour and take my other son to a soccer game at 1:00. Drive home by 4:00 and prepare for THE GAME at 7:30.
