Not unexpected for a team undergoing a coaching transition. I think a lot of players stuck around for a 1 year test run to see if they could earn playing time with a new staff, could get their degree, or just really love the Institute and had to make certain the weren't making a rash decision...

I have a feeling he’s going to make it in the league. I think it was @ChasonBaller that knew Jalen in HS and told us he was a stud. Selfishly I wish he would’ve hung around another year but he looks really healthy. I hope he gets a combine invite and blows it away.

I think he has a young child as well. Here's to hoping a Tech degree + a master's degree from elsewhere set him up for life. He's a low mileage guy that could stick around the NFL as a 4th RB/special teams guy if he continues working hard.
