The boys pulled it off. Had to like Smith's heroics at the end. Terry just had the game of his life and Kelly (Mr. Parkview) is on fire. Tech is starting to find the right combination.

It's fun watching Moore and Kelly slowly grow up. It may take a while but they're looking good.

Excellent decision for a Tech man!

I'm a Ga. Southern contributor and alum and have dealt with the athletic department. Just happen to be a Tech fan since birth. He's had success at a lower level. But Southern had success already when he came in.

Fritz is the wrong move. He was at Ga. Southern and had a couple of fairly successful seasons, then bolted to Tulane. He had 6 sub 500 seasons there and fortunately had a good season this year. Sounds a little like Collins resume. Key is your man.

I was impressed with the energy level that we had most of the game, I believe spearheaded by Smith. I wish Franklin was taller.

Glad they put it together towards the end. The three sophs were looking good, but a lot of problems beyond them. Howard didn't score and was in foul trouble. This won't be the first time this happens this season. We have no answer when he is out other than playing small ball. And we have not set...

Second half more of what we hoped for. Terry may be the go to guy. Howard played well without PF problems. Coleman still not taking control. Kelly starting to shake off the cobwebs.

Am watching this on ESPN+. Not pretty. Fairly decent defense, but we look lost on offense. No leader. Leave Howard in the game...he only played 8 minutes with 1 foul.

Another vote for Miles. Last year he came on late, but with good moves and very good shooting. He and/or Coleman may be the leading scorers.

New heights and weights are out as the Jackets report. Moore is 6-7 209, Franklin is 6-7-214, Martynov is a full 7-0, and Howard is 6-11 256. Deebo is 6-6, 218, and Kelly is 6-6, but 175 (eat more Varsity). Unfortunately Bagatski is 6-8 but only 175 (go to the Varsity with Kelly).

Kelly is most likely, with Deebo sort of expected to be. Terry might be able to continue his double digitry. Sturdivant may come near and if Howard scores like he ended last season he may have a shot. Anyone else would be a real pleasant surprise.

I'm afraid he committed a few weeks back to Southern Miss. Otherwise he would have been a good addition.

Note to my last post...Tchikou just committed to Rhode Island.

Unless Jermonte Hill gets a scholly I believe there are 2 openings. 6-11 Alex Tchikou is still available (Alabama 4 star player who has had some injury issues). He was on our watch-list early on. Don't know if we still have any interest.

I'd love to see an ACC team win the whole thing to further the point, but it's tough to not pull for St. Pete.

Kelly is the best hope for this team. Send him to the Varsity and put some weight on him. Very sad to see our seniors go, but this team needs realignment. Attack the portal with a vengeance Pastner. That was one weird game.

Good win...nice to see Parkview's own Miles Kelly (my daughter went to Parkview) show some future for next year's team.
