Well I'm wrong. After further review Bradley writes more articles (Braves/Falcons etc.) than I thought so I have to give him credit there. Sugiura seems to get more background for his stories and that is what I like to read.

Probably have to do an open records request, but I'm not sure if that can be done with the NCAA since they are not a government organization.

The NCAA should allow players that transfer and don't qualify for a waiver, be allowed to play 4 regular season games similar to the rule that allows red-shirt freshmen that opportunity.
