  1. NCAA Ruling - Postseason Ban, Among Other Bogus Things...

September has been a wonderful month to be a Tech fan. I agree with some of you about Pastner. I even liked the idea someone mentioned about Paul Johnson running the program for a while. Pastner seems to be a nice guy, but it is time to go.
  2. Georgia Tech vs. Temple Predictions #GTvsTEM

Our offense will be rock stars this weekend.
  3. Temple Fans view of Collins and Patenaude

Oh great, we're probably using a damn Ouija Board on the sideline.
  4. Temple Fans view of Collins and Patenaude

I'm not getting a warm fuzzy feeling right now.
  5. All the way from Montana

You should be able to get some Falcons tickets and not be in the nose bleed section by November. :) What part of Atlanta are you staying?
  6. Alcohol Sales

I don't drink, but watching Tech football so far this season has me thinking about starting. I'd just get Uber to drive me 80 miles back home. Then I'd have to face the wife. Probably spend the rest of the weekend in the county jail for being intoxicated. We've all said it, "It's tough to be a...
  7. ACC Network Updates

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think U-verse is carrying the ACCN yet. Reading that article it looks like they renewed some deals with ESPN, etc. I'm not seeing ACCN which is part of ESPN. Again, I hope I'm wrong.
  8. ACC Network Updates

I may have mis-read that article, but I don't see the ACCN being picked up by U-verse. To be on the safe side, I would check first before subscribing to them.
  9. What do you consider to be a successful season?

No more embarrassing the school, the fans, and the players. The coaches have to have this team prepared every week. I don't care if we go 1-11 this year, just play strong, solid, competitive football. We lost a ton of respect in the football world last week, get it back.
  10. Recruiting issue raised by a past Auburn football athelete

Credit to Ga. State for beating Tenn, but no one goes to their games and they got boat raced by Western Michigan last week 57-10.
  11. It starts with us

Ever hear the song Video Killed the Radio Star? Television is our friend and our enemy.
  12. Recruiting issue raised by a past Auburn football athelete

Can't buy that, maybe 15 years ago. Most major college campus' use to be in small towns, but as time has gone by, those towns are getting larger. Look at Knoxville, Athens, Columbus Ohio, Austin Tx, and even Tuscaloosa is getting to be a large city. I have wondered if it would be better for Tech...
  13. Paul Finebaum Throwing GT under bus

This is what happens when you play bad football. We're easy targets right now. All that strength & conditioning hype, spring practice hype, Waffle House hype....gone. OK, I ate at Waffle House yesterday. I'm still ticked off about that game.
  14. Coach’s radio show

Those are actually some very good questions, but I'm sure he'll get softball stuff.
  15. Steve Hummer is relentless

We need comedy today. This is a good start.
  16. The future of GT football

I believe coaches get too tight with their assistant coaches and won't make a move for the betterment of the program. I know its early in the season and it would be a knee jerk decision to dismiss a particular coach, but so far the offensive coaches seem to have struggled to name a starting QB...
  17. Steve Hummer is relentless

I'm glad you brought up the tight end position. I thought the transfer guy was supposed to be pretty good. He's a big guy. Since the tight end production has been somewhat lame, move him over to our depleted offensive line.
  18. Steve Hummer is relentless

That would be interesting, but you and I both know that won't happen. :)
  19. Steve Hummer is relentless

Pretty sure the honeymoon is over. All the good hype has gone down the drain with three ugly games. Throwing dollar bills, dancing, losing to the Citadel and yelling money down seems to have turned Tech fans off pretty quickly. It's time for Collins to get his house in order. Work on team...
  20. Steve Hummer is relentless

We can't keep playing games like practice sessions. Trying out for quarterback every two downs has got to stop. Stop clowning around and act like men on a football team.
