I don’t have near the distaste for SEC teams in baseball that I do in football. That said, I do t want auburn to win, (irregardless of the fact they beat us). I wouldn’t mind seeing MS St winning it. After all, they do have to return to Starkville once it’s over, so they need some consolation.

Next year is going to be rough. Expectations will (should) be a lot lower. Hopefully the freshmen will step to the forefront. A lot of Freshmen came through for various teams in the regionals and supers.

It depends on how we lose. I was at the Clemson and Duke game last year. They were not fun. The highlight was the flyover by the Navy jets. I left the Duke game early after the third fumble in three plays. I ran into Bill Curry leaving by Peter's park .... he left early too. I guess...

I largely agree with this. We didn't lose because we were not the home team. We lost because (among other things) we couldn't build on our lead, we made a couple of mistakes in the 9th, and the Auburn guy made a clutch play. That said, someone posted the steps to determine who was home time...

I wouldn't mind MS ST having success. Yeah, the are SEC, but have always liked them because I consider them more of a blue collar type of program and like Tech, they have the same perception of fighting uphill again Ole Miss and other SEC schools.
