They had 7 play 10+ minutes, 3 over 30. We had 6 play 10+, 4 over 30. I think most thought Moore would be the 7th guy and hoped that Phillips could pick up 10+ minutes to give us a little more rest for our backcourt. Hasn’t worked out that way though.

Yeah, we didn’t have the benefit of being a “traditional power” so they snubbed as based on SoS and totally ignored the fact that we had just continued to improve throughout the year. The road loss to Pitt was 5 sets as well if I remember.

I dont disagree that the Rusty C pales compared to some of the "palatial" parks that other schools have (Mississippi State is the only one I have personally been to, but have seen others through out the SEC and other places), however, the lack of atmosphere and "empty metal seats" you mention...

Hope it’s not a home & home arrangement, lol. Honestly, I cannot understand why we would schedule them unless we are doing someone a personal favor. Seems certain that there are teams we could/should beat but that would be more of a tune up that would love to come south for February.
