  1. GT vs. USC in Phoenix

UGa is 4-6 now after getting crushed by George Mason. Miami of Ohio is a mediocre MAC team at 5-5. UNC almost lost by 30 to Kentucky. Personally, I will be thrilled if we can win 6 conference games.
  2. GT vs. USC in Phoenix

USC had all five starters in double figures. Sadly it seems two of our five starters every game (mix of a few) are complete non-factors.
  3. GT vs. USC in Phoenix

5 assists the whole game. Everything from the previous games continues to hold true.
  4. GT vs. USC in Phoenix

Better off just becoming a team that bombs away from 3. Maybe that will get Coleman and Kelly going, because honestly that’s more important than getting a few ACC wins for a team that’s not making the postseason. What we’re seeing this year is the equivalent of an option team with a Qb that...
  5. GT vs. USC in Phoenix

This feels like the least cohesive team Pastner has had. Very disappointing turn of events from last year.
  6. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

Don’t you think we need a little interior scoring though? We have two other positions that aren’t contributing a ton of points. Totally separate, I watched Purdue yesterday and Trevion Williams would be the perfect center in Pastner’s offense.
  7. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

Even the wins were way too close against a lot of bad teams (not including UGa).
  8. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

I’m not blaming a single player on this team. This was a horribly constructed roster in an era where it’s easy to alter your roster in the offseason. Who didn’t know the front court besides Usher would get creamed this year?
  9. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

some of these games remind me so much of what happened against Loyola. Some guys that shouldn’t receive a lot of playing time are getting way too much.
  10. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

Having to play more than an 18 minute game was a killer.
  11. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

For sure...honestly PG, PF and Center need upgrades immediately for next year. Pastner can’t let all the momentum from last year go to waste, but sadly this program currently has the opposite of momentum.
  12. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

No, but you can’t miss out on interior players as much as he has the last 4 years.
  13. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

After this season I said. Probably the most disappointing part of this season has been the how the projected backcourt for next year has looked.
  14. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

This team is going to need a PG in the portal. This team hits the wall at the same point in the 2nd half nearly every game.
  15. Jackets vs. LSU 12/11, 6PM

Just a really mediocre team. Like I said last week, I don’t see a for-sure ACC caliber starter on this roster after this season. Get old, stay old doesn’t work if you don’t balance out the classes.
  16. 12/5/2021 - UNC @ GT

That front court needs two impact transfers if you want to compete, in my opinion. In an era when coaches can bring in 3-5 new transfers every offseason, Pastner should be incredibly active. Devoe is arguably an All-American this year, it’s going to be very hard to replace everything he does.
  17. 12/5/2021 - UNC @ GT

Pastner deserves to keep the job and have the extension he received. However, I think everyone is a little concerned at how badly the recruiting cycle went. It’s why this offseason’s portal could easily make or break next year’s team. As it stands now, it it looks like possibly the worst...
  18. 12/5/2021 - UNC @ GT

This isn’t surprising, but we are desperately missing Jose and Moses. Only one GT player had more than 3 rebounds.
  19. 12/5/2021 - UNC @ GT

We give up way too many open 3s
  20. 12/5/2021 - UNC @ GT

Just not enough contending ACC talent on this roster. Pastner better hit the portal hard this offseason or it’s going to be very ugly. I don’t see a single likely returning player that I am confident can start at this level yet.
