Well put JJ. If Tech doesn't have a blockbuster year this season maybe johnson will just head on toward the sunset. That way Tech can look toward a new AD, BB coach,and the new "play by play" guy they just hired.

Are all you johnson defenders going to be happy with another 6-7 win season and say that it's the best we can hope for and that johnson is the best coach Tech can get? If so, be happy because he will be around for 4 more seasons.

I think you're right. Although it was never asked of Pastner, he never said golf was out forever.

Golf Week magazine pointed to Pastner this week on his attitude toward golf for his assistants. After his declaration in the AJC that he didn't want any assistants that golfed, the magazine wondered if he could really find anyone to hire.

Don't really have an opinion , but Tech sports needs all the publicity it can get, good or bad, since we are at the bottom when it comes to any mention of Tech sports on local media outlets.

Will really have to wait and try to understand his goals before making a judgement. On the surface it sounds like the HR person at you're business telling department heads to write up a plan for more attaintable goals, then follow up with a written report every 2 weeks on how it's going!
