Plus there are a LOT of Big Ten alumni in Atlanta, so it would naturally sell tickets. I like your challenge idea, though. It would take some working out on the logistics but I think it could work.
You USED to be able to buy them directly from the GTAA. I doubt you still can but you could always call the manager and ask (I bought several many years ago).

Guys, I'm going to FTFY (for everyone). It's VPI. Do not concede the Tech name so easily!
That said, VPI still worries me because it's JT's (or TB's) first real road game. Rookie qbs tend to struggle on the road for the first game or two.
