Nothing's changed for me. I will listen to every game (odd work hours) no matter what. It's about the kids and the school at this point. That's what always matters most to me. Sure I'd like wins and satisfying execution. Not gonna tune out if it's not there, though.

This exactly. Possibly the best advice I have read anywhere. Unenthused and disinterested can come from being overwhelmed. Simplify. Give them, at least those who have been thrown in before they were ready, something they can do well, feel good about, and have fun with. Rebuild confidence...

Exactly. And our identity last year was that of a team that made the plays needed to win, sometimes when they weren't there. The only ones who can change this are us. And I'd be willing to bet that's exactly what they'll hear this week in practice.
