Just looked at the portal list. Scrolling through just the QBs made me dizzy. You would need a staff just to check on portal comings and goings. How do you even begin to evaluate that many players?

I’m interested in a Special Teams coach and more analyst. That’s how you win close games.

Army ran very few snaps under center from what I saw. Monken seems to run multiple formations. Still led the nation in rushing. It will be tough for navy to consistently produce a good passer. Those types are even hard for us to find.

Scholarship limits are the only tool that would help. Every time they limit scholarships, it creates parity for a time. 15 per year and 50 max would be a start. Cap the NIL. And limit portal jumps to one per career with no exceptions. And you can’t transfer to a school that was ranked higher...

Sounds like he gives 100% fifty percent of the time.

I would bet he has his guys. Just getting them to say yes. But, I think his priority now is recruiting and maybe announcing later.
