I personally prefer a straight shooter who goes about trying his hardest to win a game against a team with greater resources versus one who is all peptalk and cheerleader, especially if the latter had his a** handed to him in the bowl game by the straight shooter.

I agree. In this case, I think the fault lies with the bookstore and not with GTAA. GTAA can provide them with guidance and feedback, but this wasn’t a failure on their part.
