If you can, go back and find an article in the AJC from a month or so ago where Coach W talked about his first year at App State. He talked about how it really took a year for his D to really take hold. That’s why I’m optimistic about the D’s future.

You are right about the legroom. I’m 6’3”, and sitting there today, I’m convinced the architects designed the stadium for fans that are 5’ 6” and under. Don’t get me started on the bathroom stalls designed for shoulder widths of <2.

Heck, I was in the stands at UNC 4 years ago when we scored (Smelter reverse for a long run) with 2 minutes left and all the GT fans were saying “Crap, we scored too soon”, and sure enough UNC drove down and scored to win. Toy made me feel this defense is getting better by the game.

I listened to the UNC crew as we were leaving the game. The were ripping Fedora a new one, saying things were systematically wrong with the system, but then said Fedora should have better prepared his team for the dirty blocking techniques of GT because that was why several players got hurt.

So, to sum up the 26 pages in this thread—some people like the blue pants, some people hate them, and some people are indifferent. Did I miss anything there? In the end, most of the posters are still GT fans no matter what combination, right?
