I think it is POSSIBLE that Hall just wants to leave on a higher note than this year's results. That could mean he decides (or is encouraged) to go after finishing with hiring the new staff. Or it could mean one more year....

I would pick Louisville over us. They apparently did extremely well in the portal and have the same energy a coaching change brings.

i do wonder how all this might change if a solid majority of the schools decide they want out. I understand what the current language states, but things have a way of happening when a solid majority wants change.

I do wonder if losing Blue Cain will come back to haunt us. But, all speculations aside (both positive and negative), the proof is in the pudding. I'll wait to see our performance on the court before I form my opinions about this hire.

Watch what happens when back against ACC teams. When you give up 11 to Gradener-Webb, you really are bad at pitching.

Baseball is toast for the year. They headline is correct. And we have at least tried to fix the big two sports. Waiting to see what transpires in the third sport during the off-season.

I am expecting 7-5. Will be disappointed if less than 6-6. Happy if 8-4 (or better). As always, predicting whom we beat and lose to is a futile (if fun) exercise as we always blow a game or two we should win and upset a team or two we should lose to.

I can only hope that Hall is professional enough to realize he is now hurting the program, and retires at the end of this season.
