  1. UGA - COFH Part 2

I'd love to start one of our best against the Mutts, but I think it's important to get X back on schedule for Friday nights. Assuming he's healthy enough, I'm not sure we see him tonight at all.
  2. UGA - COFH Part 2

I think you're right, it's probably another instance of "set it and forget it" for ramblinwreck.com. I doubt Willingham starts considering his workload against UNC on Friday. If uGA is pitching the same guy as last time, the name of the game HAS to be drive up pitch count. They seem to have a...
  3. 2019 ACC Baseball

It's fun to watch, and I appreciate the insight. With the way the ACC series are going this weekend, the top of the coastal looks to be even more knotted up/unpredictable after tomorrow. Atlantic seems to be NCSU and Clemson, then a big gap.
  4. UNC Series

    Oh yeah, good point. Duh.
  5. UNC Series

I'm glad CT wasn't robbed of the win because or the bullpen. Let's take the series tomorrow, regardless of who's pitching! (hoping Hurter is healthy enough)
  6. UNC Series

Game notes still list our pitchers as X/Thomas/Hurter. Are these updated, or is X still rumored to be out today?
  7. NCAA Regional Projections

2 is low even for a down ACC. I think we'll probably have 4 hosts - Louisville, NCSU, Clemson, and the Coastal winner.
  8. UNC Series

I just followed your link, and it's now showing a GT sweep. 7-5, 6-5, and 5-3. I'm curious about how he runs his predictor.
  9. GT @ Auburn

Haha. I agree with you, but I still haven't found a way to sync the audio from the radio with the video from streaming the SEC network. Both seem to be on a slight (but different) delay. If we're winning, I usually end up watching. But if we're losing, I switch over to the radio so I can still...
  10. GT @ Auburn

Looks like Wiley is calling on WREK, or you can listen to Auburn's playcallers on the SEC network.
  11. 2019 ACC Baseball

Nice to see we have a winning record vs their top 10 (4-3), with matchups against #14 and #15 this week. Now's our chance!
  12. 2019 ACC Baseball

We're in position. Stay above .500 in conference and we'll be on the right track .O don't care if the ACC is having a down year; it's still hard to sweep. Keep winning the series, even 2-1, and we'll be ok.
  13. ND @ Rusty C

I'm with you. They might not be a top 10 team, but the Irish aren't going to just roll over. Should be a good challenge .
  14. Mercer

We rank 1st in the ACC in team batting average, at .299. We rank 7th in pitching, 4.02 team ERA. ( in conference play only, batting is better/pitching is worse. 1st @ .333, 10th @ 5.70)
  15. Virginia

Think if those numbers were paired with good pitching. 3 games were blown late. Would have swept NW, swept UVA, and won @ Miami. I know everyone is doom and gloom right now, but we're close. If these closing pitchers get it together we can win some games.
  16. Virginia

Hard not to blame Hughes for that one .
  17. Ga Southern

I generally feel the same. It's nice to know that we have the pitching depth to stay in the game when our starter gets pulled. Hitting doesn't scare me. Despite the inconsistency, we're still #2 in batting average in the ACC (overall; conference play sample size too small). But the defense is...
  18. Miami

I also use Sling. If the game isn't on the main app, I can often find it in the ESPN app and use my Sling credentials. That's how I watched the game last night. And check d1baseball.com for scores. They'll link you to the stats for the home team's website.
  19. Miami

Yeah but you don't say it out loud...
  20. Miami

Miami's offense is good. Our's might be as good (or at least close), but the numbers took a hit from a tough weekend against UCLA. Let's see if we got the road monkey off our backs.
