That’s a good question. Of course, we have no idea, especially since it remains to be seen the actual talent and skill of many of those players and how they will gel together (which was a HUGE part of this year’s success). But with my limited knowledge, I would guess that this team could hang...
Yeah, it didn't mean to sound harsh or against Pastner. I just recognize that he isn't a Hall of Fame coach, and that's ok. He had a great year, and I am ready to give him credit for that. The point of my post was how thankful I am that he didn't move on, not because he is irreplaceable, but...
Soooooo glad to see Pastner coming back! He might not be the greatest coach but we can all see the progress the program has made and I would hate for all that to be cut short at such an bad time. Onward and upward for GT basketball! Can we tip off soon?
I just came to say.....WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Usher is the one I thought could benefit the most from returning and I think he is ready to take his game to the next level. Can we start the next basketball season yet?
I have no idea if any of them will come back...but if just two of them came back, we would be set up for another excellent season. In order of importance (in my opinion, of course): 1. Moses, 2. Jose, 3. Usher, 4. Bubba.
I think its clear now that both Loyola and GT got poorly seeded. Loyola is actually pretty similar to GT, as they have a lot of experience and play good defense. I'll be rooting for them from here on. They were the better team against Illinois.

WOW. What a great game. I think Moses Wright is putting together one of the all-time great GT performances over the last few games. Defenses are keying on him and he is abusing them. ABSOLUTELY DOMINATING in the paint. (sorry, I needed to scream that). Usher made some nice moves and the 2...
Bracket Matrix has finally caught up and has us firmly in the field, with 95 of 116 brackets including us and averaging a 11.46 seed. Nice to finally see us jump that line, and hoping we can continue to climb with more wins.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jordan Usher and his play of late. We have definitely seen the "rise of the house of Usher!" Last year, he played fast and sometimes out-of-control. This year, he has kept that quickness and explosiveness, but harnessed it in a way that is controlled and...
WOW! What a great game. Officiating was weird, sometimes swallowing their whistles and then just as quickly calling invisible fouls. I guess they might have been equally bad for both teams, though.
This might have been the best game that both Usher and Moore played all year. Both of them...
