Will it be a favorable court though? How much of this is frivolous and how much is following the law? How much is potentially thrown out and how much just cause has to be demonstrated?

Not directed at you but I think some on here missed the emphasis of my post. I wasn’t commenting on the NCAA so much as I was commenting on the players’ sense of entitlement now that NIL is in place with such loosey goosey adherence by some schools to rules that also seem ambiguous.
I hate to say it, but that’s the ESPN / SEC spin about good ACC teams. That’s why Clemson rarely got credit for their good seasons and why it was easy to exclude FSU this year.
And, I think we’ve established that this past year most of the bowl games were meaningless scrimmages. Tech and UCF were among the rare matchups where both teams actually cared.
