I’ll let everyone know that saying anything negative about position groups is the shameful bashing of student athletes.

It's shameful that you and other posters consider my objective opinion that our QB and OL position groups are lacking or depleted to the point where it makes it tough to gameplan or score points as "bashing" our SAs. I never called a single name.

Why do you think he got 7 years? Largely because the turnaround will take time due to the roster overhaul. CFB coaches knew the degree of difficulty lying ahead for the next Tech coach, most of us fans in including myself were more optimistic.

I was making the assertion that no offensive coach with a reputation would willingly take on this overhaul. The two position groups I mentioned--QB and OL--are so far below the average P5 team that the playbook is so severely limited to the point where we can't score. There's a difference...

What proven offensive coach in their right mind would've wanted to take over this roster? No true P5 QB/passer to be found. OL skillset and depth (even before injury) was pitiful. Without a QB and OL, the effectiveness of the decent surrounding cast of skill players is mitigated. If you are...

I would love to see a stat of how many of our total yards and points for the year have come when TO is at QB. I also complain about his passing ability but he moves the dang ball one way or another. Give him the entire second half and we win by 10+

It doesn’t take a football coach to see that we haven't had competent QB play. We won’t sniff 7 wins playing this way on O. I understand we will struggle, but this is bad even considering the circumstances

I understand the 1st one. Not 2 and 3 when we are struggling against an fcs team. Fired up has cost us 45 yards and time of possession.
