    Young QBs

We have three losses in the rain and now it somehow becomes a truism that GTs O can't play in the rain. We scored 33 points in 21 minutes against UGA in the rain in 2008 and it wasn't a disadvantage then. Why is it now?

Speculative question: has Tstan "coached up" CPJ

We are fortunate to have a beat reporter like Ken. He understands Tech and us as alumni/fans, he has worked hard to understand CPJ's offense and he seems to have a good rapport with CPJ. Ken is very aware that CPJ likely isn't going to answer an injury question before Thursday but he asks...

Clemson not only wins, they whine

Let's see... Taquon got hurt - but at least came back. Matthew Jordan got hurt - and I hope he's OK. And Clemson is complaining? (Who do they think they are? Florida State?)

Is Jeff Monken our next coach when CPJ retires?

Clemson is the best team we are going to face all year. I love CPJ and I love the triple option. It works best for our school and the players that come to Tech. But Clemson just has a different level/size of players than we do and it's hard to match up against that.

    Miami Postgame

Great observations and discussion. Somewhat cathartic for me, at least. This was one of the five most painful and frustrating GT losses I've lived through (the others being Georgia-1978, Georgia-1997, Georgia-2013, and Tennessee-2017). I could probably think of more but I'll stop there...

    I noticed the same thing.

    Miami Postgame

I'm sorry but this team simply does not seem to know how to win when it's on the line. We do not make a play when we have to (late fumble vs. Tenn; dropped pass on our last possession today). So, in two losses, we have given up two 93 yard drives late and have lost two games by a total of two...

    GT vs Central Florida Cancelled

Indiana's game against FIU on October 7 got cancelled and IU is looking for another opponent that day. The Jackets happen to have an open date that day. Just a thought...

    Tech fans are awful

Seattle was where I lived, as well. There are some great Tech fans in the Pacific NW and I trust you getting to meet some of them at alumni gatherings .

    Tech fans are awful

As I hear complaints about GT fans not attending games, I would suggest that it be taken into account that so many GT grads get jobs in places far and wide and not so near the ATL but they still love the Jackets. I've watched GT games at diehard GT alum parties while living on the west coast...
