I had the same worry. Both guys looked dinged.

    Jones

I think CPJ's just keeping Jones and Johnson warm for 2 years from now. If I had to bet, it'll end up being Johnson, and Jones ends up at A, but I have VERY low confidence in that :)

I also greatly enjoy the fact that if TQM gets a "keep" read, than he freaking keeps, turns it up and goes. Maybe it means less home runs, but it means more singles, and I'm comfortable with that.

    Any updates on D Branch?

The VT play was actually exactly what I had in mind when I made my post. It was a B/S call then, and it would have been a B/S call now, IMO.

    Any updates on D Branch?

Mmmm, he kind of turned his side into the block. I don't have a problem with the block

Jesus. Home run of a first post. I don't know whether to look forward to more, or hope you never post again and go out batting 1.000

Thats what we lost in Mills. For better or worse, he hit slammed it up in there with everything he had. It meant he was ALWAYS gonna get 3.

    Some Impressive Stats

Interestingly, QB's and BB's have gotten 83% of the carries this year, while's AB's have only gotten 17% of the carries (they have gained 24% of the yards) I wonder how much of that can be attributed to the way defenses are defending GT and how much to a new QB not quite being as comfortable...

    CPJ & Nebraska

LOL, you laugh, but I'm an old man now, and I still use Amarillo as an example when I'm talking about an awful place to live. In my head it's like Kandahar, Amarillo, and Pyongyang

    CPJ & Nebraska

I was in high school and drove through Amarillo. I clearly remember thinking to myself "this is the worst place in America".

    CPJ & Nebraska

(ivin jasper) I keep telling folks. Jasper is the real successor to Johnson. He's the innovator at Navy, the play caller, the guy with the feel, and has been for some time. Don't get me wrong, Coach N knows what he's doing, but in terms of pure offensive coordinator, Jasper is the guy.

    CPJ & Nebraska

5 years ago I would have said that Nebraska is the one school Georgia Tech has to worry about. I don't think that's the case anymore. At 60 years old and with an offense full of players recruited for the system that looks Loaded for Bear for the foreseeable future, along with a new ad that he...
