I was hoping for a make up call but that was not it. The other Duke receiver broke on the snap and blocked our DB clearly before the ball was thrown. Definitely a penalty for a receiver to block before the ball is thrown. This good call did not make up for the previous bad call on #32.

Clock only stops out of bounds inside of 2 minutes to go in game or half.

Much improvement in getting the D call in faster. I only recall one play where our D was not set before the snap. There were a few others close, but only one where players were still trying to find their spot when the ball was snapped.
