I think Birr can be reliable if we can keep the rushers out of the backfield. That should be fixable. He showed that he can elevate his kicks and the few attempts he's made seem to be on line.
We are not a well stocked team yet.
While we improved the Offensive roster, the defense stinks. Last year when White and Thomas, and Ely were keeping us in games by making plays, the team seemed to be well coached, right?

The past four or so years have added entirely new dimensions to GTs dilemma that negates comparisons to any previous regimes and eras. We all see the improvements made to the offense except for OL so hopefully we can get more of those type players for the D side of the ball, more better...
I may have been part of a minority but some of us saw and didn't mind speaking out when Russell did something good and they did do some good. The Russell trashing was deserved though in regards to the chicken wire.
I understand that. I really do but I really liked the previous facade rendering. That previous attempt doesn't really fit in though with the brick theme if that's what ought to be done. To me, it's too much brick trying to be applied to a modern, contemporary style that the previous rendering...
I know what you mean about Russell. If they were responsible for the honeycomb then that is the only negative thing I remember about them. The Calvin "gold jersey white helmet combo" is about as good as we've had in a long, long time.
