No news for NSD, but at least no more of our current top 10 players defected. Of course, that could be because no one really wants any of them enough to offer lucrative NIL. 😢

I believe there might be some more coaching defections before this is all through, but not Thacker. He knows he has to maximize what he makes right now. I realize there are not many left to defect, but it would not surprise me at all.

Marco is a class gentleman. He is also a coach that must look out for his own career. I expect he is gone, although this is one time I wish the AD would step in and let him know he will be retained no matter what happens, so at least he has something to think about. I appreciate his willingness...

I sure hope we are holding our ground, but not sure about it. Either way, we need some top shelf coaching next year for sure.

He is a very good player with tremendous potential. Nothing against Coach Coleman specifically, but I don't think these guys see their dreams coming to fruition with Coach Collins at the helm. I realize there is probably much underneath that we don't know, but my spidey senses are saying that...

I understand your OP point, but do we think he even has a "defined" program, other than catchphrases like effort, competition is king, etc.? I have never really fully understood his "program" definition. To me, he seems like a salesman without a well defined product. But, what do I know?

Hearing several rumors that some schools in MS are bidding for him - I mean the NIL way. The rumor is Ole Miss or Jackson St. I am telling you - GT boosters better get ready to ante up, or we are going to stay insignificant in CB for the foreseeable future.

Well, personally I believe Coach Collins has been a large bust thus far. It is him and the coaching staff that has the responsibility of developing and keeping their recruits.
