I'm with you on this. In hindsight, I would like to see the QB under center with either an I or Power I formation in the backfield then run a dive play behind our best guard. There is something to be said about have the QB under center for goal line plays.

Did Kirby get into the game? He is not on the participation report. I now wonder if he is injured. Also, should Biggers get credit for a TFL? It looked as though his key play occurred behind the line of scrimmage.

Lay actually started the game yesterday at guard (see the participation report). I was surprised to see that however have to trust the coaches belief in that he earned the playing time.

That was Biggers. If he can continue to make contributions like that, he may be ATL the rest of the season and become a part of the regular DT gameday rotation.
