Interesting summary. I think the only advantage to the extra 10k butts in the seat will be improved recruiting and even some increase in donations. I wonder how many $500 or above donors Tech has? Because I agree, the average fan probably does not give that much.

Personally I would love to see Tech improve beyond expectation. My concern is not recruiting, but being able to coach up the talent. I believe CGC has shown this staff can recruit. Now they need to show they can coach.

I'm looking forward to watching Mason again. If there is another RB better, then look forward to whoever that may be. And whoever steps up at QB. And whichever kicker proves himself a worthy starter.

It is not clear to me. Who are the new fans, and where are they coming from? Are they going to be buying season tickets next year ? Why are they going to be better fans? I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but your hypothesis about getting new an better fans evades me.
