I thought we may have missed several reads at the game but after watching the film I only saw one really bad pitch read. Most of the time it was a good no pitch even though the play may not have gained much.

I hope KB is the best back to ever play here and we have the best team that Tech has ever had but the thing I can guarantee is the best players play.

I'm just telling you why they burn a red shirt for a few plays a game. As fans we obviously want to save the red shirt and have those 5th year seniors.

That's nice but the coaches have to worry about now. It doesn't help them if a player is great in their 5th year if they're fired next year! You can't have it both ways. If coaches feel like a kid can help them win now they're going to play! Even if it's a few plays a game on special teams.

I won't tell a kid that he can't do anything. Whether he does it or not is up to him and our defensive personnel has been lacking. I'm feeling better about personnel this year but they still have to come through.
