I'll start with the obvious one.

Don't know about it being a "Speech" but...

I love the exchange of Scott Aldredge to Scott Scisson right before he kicked the game winning field goal in 1990 against Virginia.

Aldredge to Scisson - "How many diamonds do you want in your championship ring?"

The one delivered by the commencement speaker the day GT gave me my diploma. Don't remember who he was or what he said, but it meant I had gotten out. It's still my favorite.

My favorite speech is from John Heisman himself. One that was repeated every year that he was coach at the beginning of the fall practice: "Gentlemen, this is a football....better to have died a small child than fumble this football"
